Martin and Cath Lawson take time to carefully select their teams, not only to bring you informed, helpful and experienced professionals but also genuine people who display compassion, kindness and fun to enrich your whole Swift experience.
This couldn’t be more evident than the friendships made at the High Wycombe home of a little boy called Xavier (Xavi to his friends and family!).
Installation is often the most exciting part of the Swift process for you. This can certainly be said for this very enthusiastic 6 year old as he eagerly watched Lee and his team arrive and unpack their tools to begin installation on his grandpa’s new living annex at the end of his garden.
Xavi, fascinated in the installation process, monitored the team’s progress, over the days, from his nearby trampoline. As usual, our team worked extremely hard and remained open and responsive to questions and concerns. In this case, most of the questions came from this intrigued little boy! It is not unusual for relationships to be built between the team and the client during the process and after all, who could resist such youthful keenness?
Whenever he had the chance, and with his parents’ blessing (Health and Safety is never overlooked), Xavi would become a Swift apprentice…. specialising in digging and moving things with Lee’s shovel.
When it was finally time for Xavi’s grandpa to move into his new home, the team packed up their kit and loaded up their tools…..all except for Lee’s trusty shovel….he just couldn’t bring himself to take Xavi’s favourite new toy away! Lee really is our ‘Ace of spades!’
Do you value the benefits of a stress-free, excellent service?
To some, good customer service is as simple as solving problems and offering solutions in an expedient manner. To others it means overall pleasantness and politeness from those who represent the front lines of the company. Here at Swift it is evident that an excellent overall customer service experience is not only very rewarding, but essential.
We take our company values very seriously….
“TRUST: We are honest and open in all our dealings and build strong relationships with our clients, our staff, our contractors and anyone else we deal with.
EMPOWERMENT: We work hard to empower our staff and our clients to make the right decisions and choices.
PRIDE: We are proud of what we do and we aim to produce buildings that our clients are proud to own.
FUN: We enjoy what we do and help our staff and clients to have fun too.
As Martin says, “Our greatest satisfaction is ensuring that you are delighted with your new building and the service you experience. That’s our aim and that’s what shapes the way our company operates…Customer satisfaction.”
We love our job and endeavour to play our Ace card every time to provide excellent customer service…… its ground breaking stuff and is at the core of what we do for you!
