We are part of the CPA (Consumer Protection Agency) who monitor the performance of each and every domestic project that we undertake. They also provide effective insurance backing for our industry standard 10 year structural warranty.
Each year they release the results of their consumer questionnaires.. here’s ours!
The CPA ask a series of questions of each of our clients. This is totally independant of our own customer fedback systems that we rely on to keep our standards so high. In all four of their key indicators we were given 100% approval. The questions are as follows:
- Were the suppliers professional and courtious?
- Would you recommend this comoany to others?
- Were all the suppliers undertakings fulfilled?
- Did the suppliers / installers work efficiently?
This is so satisfying! The biggest buzz that we get from this profession is demonstrating to people how we really can provide a service that exceeds expectations. I think that this proves that what we say we’ll do is really happening.
